White Sage & Blue Sage Smudge Stick 3-4"
Both White Sage and Blue Sage have long been used by Native Americans for cleansing and protection. Sage is used to dispelling negative energy, cleanse, and purify.
These smudges are around 4" long and are made of a mix of blue & white sage to produce an amazing energizing aroma!
To use, light the tip of the smudge and let it burn for several moments. Extinguish the flame gently and wave the burning smudge stick back and forth, distributing the smoke throughout your space.

Store in a dark, dry place.
